MSC Indusa Service export manifest

Sep 21, 2020

Following up on the announcement for the Indusa Service on August 31st 2020, being a direct service it implies the need to follow the Indian Custom requirements.

The Import Manifest for all Indian Ports including FROB cargo is required to be transmitted 48 working hours (2 working days) before the vessel's arrival to last port of call prior to Indian port.

As a result, revisions requested to amend Bill of Lading after manifest was already presented to Indian Customs, will be subject to manifest corrector fees as filed with Federal Maritime Commission.
