MSC import detention & demurrage invoices request platform

MSC has announced the launch of our Invoice Request Platform for Detention and Demurrage Charges. This platform was created to facilitate your company in submitting the request for invoices by simply providing the following information:

• Bills of lading – up to 10 bs/l at one time.
• Requester’s Email Address – only 1 email in this section. Additional emails can be added in the comment section.
• Intended Pickup Date
• Additional comments - additional emails or comments.

Once submitted, our team will take care of processing your request. Please note that the newly launched platform is located on our existing Credit Card platform, ensuring easier invoice payment for immediate release.
