SCCPA - South Carolina State Port Authority - 2024 - Charleston Labor Surcharge

SCOPE: FROM/TO SOUTH CAROLINA PORTS TO/FROM WW

Effective December 14th, 2024

The SCCPA Labor Surcharge will cover the South Carolina Ports Authority’s labor surcharge under its Terminal Tariff rule 34-214“.

SCHEDULE UPDATE – TRADE ASIA TO USEC

Due to the ongoing challenging market situation generating congestion and schedule delays across the supply chain, MSC is planning to adjust the sailing program in week 49 on its Elephant service.

However, you may continue to place bookings as usual as they are arranging a contingency plan with alternative services
