MSC CGS (Manila North Harbor Port) scope: USA to Far East

Aug 10, 2021

Due to severe congestion in the Port of Manila (North Harbor), a congestion surcharge will be implemented effective the 9th of September 2021 by MSC to recover substantial costs being incurred by continuing our efforts to maintain a regular service.

CGS $1000/cntr will be applicable for all reefer cargo (20RE/40RE/40HR) originating in the United States and Puerto Rico.

MSC will continue to monitor the situation and update you in due course.
