MSC BRCs update

Effective July 1st 2020 the BRC for below scopes will be updated as follows:

BRC (bunker recovery cost surcharge)
SCOPE: export USA dry cargo

SCOPE: export USA reefer cargo

SCOPE: export from Asia

Reefer BRC = 1.5  x Dry BRC
LSC remains same level as previous quarter

SCOPE: WCSA to USA
From: Chile, Peru, Ecuador, Colombia, Bolivia  
To: All USA Ports
