MSC BRC from Middle East to USA and Puerto Rico effective April 6th, 2022

MSC is implementing a monthly Bunker Recovery charge (BRC) to replace the current quarterly Bunker Recovery charge (BRQ), effective as of April 6th2022 last container gate in date.
