MSC Announcement: General rate increase effect from October 12th, 2024
Sep 20, 2024Please be informed that due to challenging market conditions from ECSA and to maintain a reliable service with effect from October 12th, 2024, Mediterranean Shipping Company has filed and will implement the following General Rate Increase (GRI) as follows:
GRI - GENERAL RATE INCREASE
SCOPE: (SAEC) EAST COAST SOUTH AMERICA TO USA
Effective date October 12th, 202
Cargo from: East Coast South America (Argentina, Brazil, Paraguay & Uruguay)
To: USA and Puerto Rico
USD $1000/TEU for dry & reefer
Note that GRI is also applicable for SOC & SOT.
