Mitchell 1 partners with FinditParts introducing the first heavy-duty parts eCatalog within its shop management system

Nov 19, 2024

Mitchell 1 today announced its partnership with FinditParts Inc. to launch the first comprehensive, heavy-duty parts eCatalog within its shop management software suite. The FinditParts E-Commerce platform is now integrated with Mitchell 1’s Manager SE Truck Edition, which works alongside TruckSeries repair and diagnostics software.

“We are pleased to introduce the first-ever online parts catalog for Class 4-8 vehicles that is seamlessly integrated with a shop management program,” said Kristy Coffman, director of Mitchell 1’s Commercial Vehicle Group. “This collaboration marks a major milestone, as it gives independent shops instant access to millions of parts with just a few clicks. This will help technicians and service writers quickly find and purchase parts – reducing delays so shops can get trucks back on the road faster and more efficiently.”

FinditParts offers the most extensive catalog of OEM and aftermarket parts for semi-trucks and other commercial vehicles. It provides easy access to over 7 million SKUs from thousands of manufacturers. Technicians and service writers can now update quotes and work orders with real-time data from the FinditParts’ catalog – all within Manager SE Truck Edition.

“We’re excited to provide Mitchell 1 customers with seamless access to FinditParts’ Infinite Warehouse of heavy-duty parts,” said David Seewack, CEO of FinditParts. “The integration makes it incredibly easy for technicians to find and order everything from everyday essentials to hard-to-find parts, all in one place. This partnership perfectly aligns with our mission to simplify part procurement process and ensure customers have access to the parts they need when they need them – no matter the challenge.”
