Mercomar completes shipment of gantry crane from Spain to Mexico

XLP member, Mercomar, has announced they have successfully finished their shipment of a gantry crane. The name of the project is called Pesquería Project. The port of loading was Bilbao, Spain and the port of discharge was Altamira, Mexico. This shipment was the first crane from a total of seven that needs to be shipped.

The total weight of the crane was 150 tons and with a volume of 950 CMB. The scope of work was 34 meters of long beams, a wooden box, and 5x40’OT. It was then shipped on MV Onego Rio to reach its destination in Altamira, Mexico.
