Lee & Associates of Illinois leases Joliet industrial outdoor storage facility to trucking and logistics company

Feb 20, 2025

Lee & Associates, one of the largest national commercial real estate providers in North America, leased a 20,384-square-foot industrial outside storage (IOS) facility at 2614 Brandon Road in Joliet, ILL. The IOS building is located on a five-acre site.

Dylan Maher, senior vice president, Michael O’Leary, executive vice president, and Brian Vanosky, principal at Lee & Associates’ Illinois office, represented the owner, Clear Height Properties. The Lee & Associates team also brokered the transaction when Clear Height purchased the site from a family-owned trucking company. Shortly after acquisition, Clear Height completed significant capital improvements to better suit the current market demand. According to Maher, properly zoned, functional and strategically located IOS properties are uniquely positioned to capitalize on the continued growth of e-commerce on both local and national levels.

Brian Morken of Morken & Associates represented the tenant, a regional trucking and logistics company.

“It was a pleasure working with Clear Height Properties to help them secure a quality tenant for their IOS property in Joliet,” Maher said. “Thanks to all parties involved for their efforts in finalizing this transaction.”
