(“K” LINE) announced today the candidates for Director to be nominated at the 158th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for June 19, 2026, and the candidates for the Nominating, Audit, and Compensation Committees to be selected at the meeting of the Board of Directors following the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders.
