JetBlue set to launch new nonstop service between New York and Cleveland

Jan 06, 2026

JetBlue announced plans to launch new daily nonstop service between New York’s John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) and Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (CLE), expanding travel options for customers in Northeast Ohio with access to JetBlue’s New York focus city. The new route begins March 30, 2026, with tickets on sale today.

JetBlue’s new service from Cleveland to New York joins its existing nonstop flights to Boston, another focus city for the airline. It offers expanded connectivity for customers, with convenient access to New York City plus new one-stop connections to dozens of destinations across Florida, the Caribbean, and Latin America, along with daytime service to London Heathrow and flights operated by JetBlue’s global partner airlines.

“New York is not only a great destination and business hub, but it’s now another JetBlue gateway for Clevelanders and Northeast Ohioans,” said Dave Jehn, JetBlue’s vice president of network planning and airline partnerships. “With our new route, Cleveland customers can choose what works best for them, unlocking even more access to JetBlue’s growing leisure network.”

“This new nonstop route unlocks exciting new travel options for our passengers,” said Scott C. Carr, Assistant Director, Commercial Business and Revenue. “Additionally, it further strengthens CLE as Northeast Ohio’s Gateway to the World.”

With its schedule from JFK, JetBlue offers access to in-demand destinations including Orlando, Fort Lauderdale, San Juan, Punta Cana, Aruba, and Cancun, among many others. JetBlue is not only New York’s Hometown Airline®, but also the largest airline between JFK and Latin America, the Caribbean and Florida and offers the most departures from JFK to California.

Flights between New York and Cleveland will operate on JetBlue’s A220 aircraft, feature the airline’s award-winning service; fast, free unlimited Fly-Fi; seatback entertainment at every seat and complimentary snacks and drinks.
