IICL launches test simulator to assist inspectors in exam preparation

Apr 11, 2022

IICL developed test simulators for the Dry Van and Refrigerated Container Exams. Candidates applying for certification can now assess their level of knowledge using the tools available on the IICL website. The simulators are available for download and carry a score card that lets the candidate know if the minimum score of 70% has been achieved.

IICL Director of Marketing, Eliseo Mena, is frequently asked what materials are covered in the exam. According to Eliseo, “Candidates should carefully read the information and instructions on our website, 99.9% of the answers are already explained on the “Q&A” Tab / Frequently Asked Questions and Answers page and on the pages under the “Certification” Tab. Eliseo is optimistic that the new simulators will help candidates to pass the exam and promote learning during the studying phase. According to Eliseo,” Our main objective is to encourage and disseminate knowledge in the industry. IICL members and container inspector users benefit from the high level of professionalism and expertise in the inspection and repair arena. As the global leader in these fields the IICL is focused on promoting knowledge.”

Eliseo Mena also added, “Candidates need to be well prepared for the exam and the new simulators represent another user preparation tool. We can also assist to clarify doubts via email”.
