Hapag-Lloyd update on Saint John Terminal EDI implementation

Aug 14, 2020

Hapag-Lloyd IT experts continue to work with DP World to initiate full EDI reporting for all container event codes but full implementation is not yet available. Consequently, the internal systems are not updated with normal EDI timeliness as the update process is currently manual.

Hapag-Lloyd continues to work towards full EDI implementation.

Be advised that DP World Saint John Terminal have advised that for any import container pick-up, trucks will need to arrive no earlier than Monday morning August 17th. This will provide their Operations Teams time to make sure all road containers are accessible.
