Hapag-Lloyd Oceania goes fully digital for shipping instructions

Starting January 1, 2025, Hapag-Lloyd Oceania will exclusively accept online shipping instructions. Manual submissions will no longer be accommodated.

To submit your shipping instructions, please use their Online Business Suite here. For assistance or alternative methods, their team can also be reached at: [email protected] or [email protected].

Also please visit their New Shipping Instructions Site which includes a tutorial video and a user guide for your convenience.
