Go Xpressit LLC switches TMS to CLI FACTS

Jul 25, 2024

Carrier Logistics Inc. (CLI), veteran providers of freight management software for Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) fleets, today announced that Phoenix-based carrier Go Xpressit LLC is realizing a fast return on its investment in the company’s comprehensive FACTS™ solution.

“Our previous system was not designed specifically for LTL operations and the supplier didn’t provide any support,” said Vincent Sardono, co-owner of Go Xpressit. “After a customer told us about Carrier Logistics and said that other carriers were using FACTS, we looked into it, and we were completely sold. My only regret was not switching sooner because the more I use it, the more it makes my job easier.

“We’ve already realized a return on our investment in FACTS by significantly reducing our payroll costs,” Sardono added. “Since we started using the CLI software we’ve been able to handle a growing volume of freight with fewer front office and warehouse personnel. There’s even been a benefit from that reduction in staff because most of those people are still affiliated with the company. With our help they were able to buy their own trucks and work for us as independent contractors.”

FACTS was up and running quickly at Go Xpressit, according to Sardono. “The system works the way an LTL carrier works so the company’s staff was able to learn the highly intuitive platform in a short amount of time.“

The initial implementation of the software included core operations modules, then Accounts Payable and General Ledger solutions were added. GoXpressit has also enabled the CLI Residential Delivery Automation System with its Automated Scheduling and Appointment Confirmation capabilities.

Go Xpressit will soon be launching the CLI Dock Management System to streamline its cross dock operations and eliminate paper-based, manual shipment handling processes.

Based in Phoenix, Go Xpressit provides LTL, courier, last mile delivery and warehouse services across Arizona and California with 15 company trucks and 20 contractor vehicles, and through interline agreements with other carriers.

“We are very gratified to hear how quickly Go Xpressit is realizing savings and a return on their investment in FACTS,” said Ben Wiesen, president of CLI. “As they continue to implement more of the software’s modules, we’re looking forward to helping them enable the processes and capabilities that will exceed their expectations as they grow and optimize their LTL operation.”
