Last week during its 2025 Annual Convention in Texas, the Global Cold Chain Alliance announced it will move its 2026 Convention back to the spring -- the original, pre-Covid pandemic timeframe for previous GCCA Conventions.
The 2026 event will be hosted April 27-29, 2026 at the Scottsdale Grand Hyatt Resort in Arizona.

During her opening remarks, GCCA President and CEO Sara Stickler spoke to almost 600 leaders of the temperature-controlled logistics industry from around the world. “The past year has seen GCCA increase in membership, intensifying our collective voice; continue in advocacy initiatives, making tangible improvements to policy environments for cold chain operators around the world; make important progress in Global Cold Chain Foundation international projects; and gather thousands of temperature-controlled logistics industry professionals at our global conferences, congresses, and training initiatives."
“The industry is evolving and growing, so too are GCCA members’ needs for the data, expert guidance, industry connections and policy environments that support both day-to-day operations and long-term decision making. As temperature-controlled logistics evolves to meet the new demands and challenges of a rapidly changing world, GCCA is ensuring the Alliance is delivering to our industry with quality cold chain insights, skills development, advocacy and events.”
Attendees at the 2025 San Antonio program enjoyed thought-provoking keynote sessions delivered by global business leaders; a range of focus sessions exploring today’s primary temperature-controlled logistics challenges and opportunities; a dynamic Cold Chain Café roundtable; a future-facing Innovation Showcase; and multiple networking receptions and activities.
