Geodis unifies its brands: SEALOGIS and XP LOG become GEODIS

Apr 02, 2026

Sealogis, Sealogis Freight Forwarding, and XP LOG, subsidiaries of the GEODIS Group since 1995, will now operate under the GEODIS brand. This strategic transition will be effective by the end of the second quarter of 2026. Through this evolution, GEODIS is affirming its ambition to become a major player in port logistics in France.

Sealogis and Sealogis Freight Forwarding, freight forwarders operating in France, in Belgium (through its subsidiary Sealogis Freight Forwarding Belgium), and XP LOG, a logistics provider operating within the ports of Le Havre and Marseille, have been part of the GEODIS Group since 1995 while retaining their respective brands. Today, the Group is taking a new step in its development by announcing their consolidation under the single GEODIS brand. This move will give GEODIS customers complete visibility over its port logistics activities, while further strengthening operational synergies. All rebranding operations will be completed by the end of the second quarter of 2026.

This unification illustrates a strong strategic evolution for GEODIS, further consolidating its presence in France’s main ports, where both entities have long-standing and structuring operations. The unified teams represent more than 900 employees and rely on first-class logistics capabilities: more than 150,000 square meters of warehousing space, a secure container yard, and a warehouse dedicated to maritime groupage. These infrastructures enable the handling of more than 160,000 TEUs per year.

“By bringing Sealogis and XP LOG together under the single GEODIS brand, the Group is offering port hub solutions in Le Havre, Marseille, and Antwerp, covering the full range of the Group’s services — from international freight forwarding and port logistics to last-mile delivery, including secure warehousing solutions,” said Henri Le Gouis, Executive Vice President, Global Freight Forwarding at GEODIS.

This step reflects GEODIS’s ambition to position itself among France’s leading freight forwarders, with port and airport hubs meeting the highest standards.
