Freightos announces agreement with FedEx Logistics

In a wide-ranging business agreement, Freightos supplies WebCargo technology to digitize FedEx Logistics, while FedEx Trade Networks provides digitized customs brokerage services for importers on the Freightos.com marketplace.

Hong Kong -The Freightos Group is proud to announce a strategic agreement with FedEx Logistics, Inc. and FedEx Trade Networks Transport & Brokerage, Inc., (FedEx Trade Networks), the largest customs-entry filer in the U.S.The agreement will span internal sales digitization for FedEx Logistics and digital customs brokerage on Freightos.com, the world’s largest online freight marketplace.

The Freightos Group is proud to be selected by FedEx Logistics for a global rollout of WebCargo’s AcceleRate, a multi-modal rate management and sales digitization platform, and WebCargo Air, the air cargo pricing, quoting, and eBooking platform. Together, this enables instant global freight pricing for FedEx Logistics users globally, improving customer service and internal efficiencies.

In addition, Freightos.com will incorporate the sophisticated digital customs brokerage services that FedEx Trade Networks offers to enable smoother international trade for the 150,000+ global importers and exporters registered on the Freightos.com shipping marketplace. The on-demand customs brokerage provided by FedEx Trade Networks will augment Freightos.com’s one-stop offering of instant price comparison, booking, and management across over 75 leading global logistics providers.
