Enstructure expands into finished vehicle logistics

Sep 23, 2025

Enstructure Auto Logistics (EAL), a segment of the leading U.S. terminal and logistics company Enstructure, announced new agreements with Mazda North America and Toyota Logistics Services (TLS) to provide finished vehicle logistics at the JAXPORT Talleyrand Marine Terminal. The recently signed agreements establish EAL as Mazda’s premier port processor in the southeast region for imports from Japan and Mexico and ensure a seamless transition for TLS’s shipments bound for Puerto Rico. Operations are set to begin in December 2025.

“Building a best-in-class finished vehicle logistics business is a strategic priority for Enstructure, and these two agreements are a major step in that direction,” said Matthew Satnick and Philippe De Montigny, Co-CEOs of Enstructure. “We are proud to welcome Mazda and Toyota as customers and look forward to working with them to enhance their domestic and international supply chains. Our partners at JAXPORT are collaborative and thoughtful, and we greatly appreciate their continued support as we build our business in Jacksonville.”

“With record sales volume last year, Mazda continues to grow its presence in the U.S. and is committed to optimizing our logistics network to serve our customers and dealers,” said Ryan Kita, Mazda’s Director of Supply Chain Management. “The transition to the Enstructure Talleyrand facility aligns with our long-term strategic goals and supports continued operational excellence in the Southeast region.”

“Mazda and Toyota have been valued JAXPORT customers for decades and are two of our longest-standing automotive partners,” said JAXPORT CEO Eric Green. “We are pleased to see them continue to grow their businesses in Jacksonville by leveraging Enstructure’s capabilities, which further strengthens our position as one of the nation’s top vehicle-handling ports. Together, we are building on JAXPORT’s role as a gateway to Florida and the U.S. Southeast, one of the nation’s fastest-growing automotive markets.”

With dedicated berths, deepwater draft, and multi-modal connectivity, EAL is well equipped to support best-in-class, consumer-centric vehicle distribution centers. EAL will continue to make infrastructure improvements to deliver excellence and seamlessly operate auto/RoRo services and finished vehicle logistics.

In January 2024, Enstructure signed a 30-year agreement with JAXPORT to lease an adjacent 79 acres of waterfront property at Talleyrand Marine Terminal, significantly expanding its existing 35-acre footprint. The combined 115-acre terminal will provide a unique service offering that includes bulk, breakbulk, heavy lift, project, and general cargo handling, in addition to finished vehicle logistics.
