Today, Enstructure, a bulk terminals and logistics company, announced the acquisition of Port Canaveral, Florida-based marine terminal operator Ambassador Services, Inc. (Ambassador). With this acquisition, Enstructure enters the high-growth Florida market through a partnership with Ambassador’s best-in-class management team who have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service. Ambassador will continue to operate with Brian Hubert as President and under the name Ambassador Services International, LLC. In addition, Mr. Hubert will become a partner with Enstructure. This strategic acquisition further expands Enstructure’s geographic terminal network, establishing a flagship terminal operation in the Southeast. Existing Enstructure and Ambassador customers will benefit from a broader dry, liquid and breakbulk terminal network on the East Coast and Inland River System of the United States. Additionally, Enstructure will expand its service offering to include cold storage and cruise line porter services.
“Ambassador Services has a long history of providing exceptional customer service through a wide range of cargo handling and storage solutions,” said Matt Satnick and Philippe De Montigny, Co-CEOs of Enstructure. “We are excited to partner with the Ambassador team to further expand our logistics network into the Southeast and pursue additional growth opportunities together.”
Founded in 1994, Ambassador handles a diverse mix of commercial cargo, bulk and breakbulk products including lumber, fertilizer, slag, salt, perishables, newsprint, wood pulp and other specialty cargoes, including aerospace parts and military equipment. With an experienced workforce of nearly 200 employees, Ambassador prides itself on its on-site inspection, processing, and tracking, and delivering logistics solutions to its customers.
“We are proud of Ambassador’s legacy of providing our customers with efficient and reliable transloading solutions, including marine, rail, and truck services,” said Brian Hubert, President of Ambassador. “As part of the Enstructure family of companies, our customers will now have access to Enstructure’s entire terminal network, and we look forward to exploring new growth opportunities through the partnership.”
Ambassador hosts one of the largest cold storage facilities on the Southeast coast and offers expansive indoor and outdoor storage. Given Port Canaveral’s proximity to essential distribution channels and key Central Florida markets, Ambassador is strategically located as the region’s premier terminal and logistics company.
