De Gaulle Fleurance advises Decade Energy on a €16 million fundraising round

Apr 30, 2026

De Gaulle Fleurance has advised Decade Energy on its €16 million fundraising round, aimed at accelerating the development of energy infrastructure in logistics depots across Europe, with a view to supporting the electrification of lorry fleets.

The €16 million commitment from Eiffel Investment Group, via its Eiffel Transition Infrastructure fund, is specifically dedicated to the financing and deployment of projects. This funding, alongside a second fundraising round led in parallel by SET Ventures, alongside existing investors, positions Decade Energy at the forefront of the electrification of logistics depots in Europe. It will enable the company to accelerate the roll-out of its projects, expand its range of solutions and continue developing the underlying technology platform.

As the electrification of heavy goods vehicles gathers pace, one of the main obstacles remains access to electricity: grid constraints, connection delays and the complexity of on-site energy systems are slowing down the transformation of many logistics depots. Decade Energy addresses these challenges by developing, financing and operating integrated energy infrastructure tailored to the needs of electric truck fleets.

Its offer includes new grid connections, battery energy storage systems (BESS), electric vehicle charging points, solar installations and a software platform to optimize energy consumption. Thanks to a model requiring no initial capital expenditure (CapEx) for site operators, Decade Energy helps to secure the electricity supply for logistics depots whilst generating predictable rental income and creating additional value through the participation of BESS in energy markets.

De Gaulle Fleurance – Sylvie Perrin, Frédéric Paquet and Lionel Attal, partners, Anne Kuhanathan, senior manager, Paul Lefèvre and Eléna Divry, associates – advised Decade Energy throughout this transaction. Eiffel Investment Group was advised by De Pardieu Brocas Maffei.

Sylvie Perrin, partner at De Gaulle Fleurance: “We are delighted to have supported this new stage in Decade Energy’s development with a fundraising round that will enable it to actively pursue its roll-out at logistics sites and contribute to strengthening grid connectivity.”
