DCLI Appoints New Board Members

Direct ChassisLink, Inc. (DCLI) announced the appointment of two outside members to its board of directors. Michael E. Moore will serve as Chairman of the Board and V. James “Jim” Vena will serve as an additional outside member. DCLI was acquired in December 2022 by GIC, OMERS Infrastructure, and Wren House.

Michael Moore is President and CEO of Greywings Group and brings over thirty years of executive experience in the maritime and ports sector to his role as Chairman. Moore previously served as Chairman of the Board for Fenix Marine Services, was CEO of both Tradepoint Atlantic and GCT Terminals, and held executive roles at DP World and Maersk. He previously served on DCLI’s board of directors as Chairman when it was owned by Swedish private equity firm EQT.

Jim Vena spent over forty years in the railroad industry serving in senior operating roles at two of North America’s largest transportation companies. Vena was most recently Chief Operating Officer of Union Pacific Railroad. Prior to that, he spent most of his career at Canadian National Railway, ultimately serving as their EVP and COO. He currently serves as an independent director of FedEx Corporation.
