CTN Certificate has become mandatory for all seaborne cargo to Ghana as of November 1st, 2023
Oct 30, 2023For goods entering Ghana ports, the Ghana Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning (MOFEP) has elected to use the CTN/SPN procedure. The requirement will take effect on ocean shipments including transit shipments that have BL date 1st of November, 2023, and after.
