CMA CGM to suspend Puerto Angamos call on its EUROSAL service connecting North Europe with West Coast South America & the Caribbean

Heavy congestion, lack of productivity and/or bad weather have been experienced for months in North Europe, Caribbean and West Coast South America, affecting schedule reliability of our EUROSAL service connecting North Europe with West Coast South America & the Caribbean. Unfortunately, this situation is not expected to improve.

Therefore, to maintain the quality of service in this difficult environment, EUROSAL service will suspend its Puerto Angamos call till further notice (end of 2021 as a minimum) as from m/v "SANTOS EXPRESS" ETA San Antonio on August 24th, 2021. This omission will help to extend berthing window and increase proforma moves in San Antonio.

All current offers from any origin to Puerto Angamos or to any destinations from Puerto Angamos have to be withdrawn. CMA CGM has no alternative service/routing for this port.
