CMA CGM to launch EGAL, its service linking Egypt, Greece, Malta & Algeria

This weekly service, starting in Alexandria on February 12th, 2025, will be offering direct connection from Egypt to Greece and Algeria and will allow worldwide connections from Egypt in Malta and Piraeus hubs.

It will establish a sustainable maritime link between East Mediterranean region and Annaba, and fast connection between Egypt and Greece.

Fleet: 4 vessels x 1,400 TEU nom.

Rotation: Alexandria - Piraeus - Thessaloniki - Malta - Annaba - Alexandria

Frequency: Weekly

Starting: ETA Alexandria 12/02
