CMA CGM THC update - Panama import/export

Effective from January 1st, 2022 (date of loading in the origin ports) until further notice (January 25th, 2022 for US trades):
- Ports: Panamaports
- Perimeter: Import & Export
- Cargo: Dry & Reefer
- Amount: USD 230 per container
- Payment: Collect/Prepaid
