CMA CGM: Empty Equipment Imbalance Surcharge from Turkey to Spain

Considering regional developments CMA CGM has decided to revise the following Empty Equipment Imbalance Surcharge (EEIS):

From March 15th, 2024 (loading date) until further notice:

Scope: IntraMed

  • Origin range: From Turkey (excluding Mersin & Iskenderun)
  • Destination range: To Spain Med
  • Cargo: Dry (including special equipment), IMO & Reefer
  • Amounts: EUR 225 per 20' | EUR 250 per 40'

Scope: IntraMed

  • Origin range: From Mersin & Iskenderun, Turkey
  • Destination range: To Spain Med
  • Cargo: Dry (including special equipment), IMO & Reefer
  • Amounts: EUR 150 per 20' | EUR 200 per 40'

Other EEIS amounts from Turkey to other Mediterranean destinations (detailed in our latest news dated February 23rd, 2024) applicable since March 1st, 2024 remain in force.
