CMA CGM: China operational impact due to COVID-19 (Update #5)

Following our last advisory on February 6th, 2020, we would like to offer you our latest update on the operational impact brought about by the evolving Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation in Mainland China.

Our Offices

As the CMA CGM Group cares for the health and well-being of all our staff and partners in China, we have been implementing work-from-home arrangement for our staff. We will continue to provide services on remote basis until our offices return to full operations from March 2nd, 2020, subject to further review.

As of now, counter services remain available. Please contact your local representative for details or check your local agency website.

Depots Most of our depots remain opened. Please refer to your local agency website for more details.

Lunar New Year holiday extension

For the most up-to-date updates on Mainland China's Lunar New Year holidays extension as announced by local governments, please refer to your local agency website.

We would be very grateful for you to keep your sales and customer service contacts at CMA CGM group aware of your contingency and/or recovery plans. Rest assured that we will do our utmost to follow evolution of the situation and plan activities accordingly.
