Empty Equipment Imbalance Surcharge at origin (EEIS) - Reefer cargo from Türkiye to North Europe, the Mediterranean and North Africa

In consequence of the regional developments and in a continued effort to provide customers with reliable and efficient services, CMA CGM has decided to update the present Empty Equipment Imbalance Surcharge at origin (EEIS) from Turkey to North Europe, the Mediterranean and North Africa as follows:

From August 15th, 2024 (date of loading in the origin ports) until further notice:
- Origin : Istanbul, Gebze, Gemlik & Izmit, Türkiye

- Destination: North Europe (except Portugal), Mediterranean and North Africa

- Cargo: Reefer

- Amount: USD 200 / USD 50 per 20' / 40'

- Settlement: with the freight
