Empty Equipment Imbalance charge - From Turkey to the Mediterranean and North Africa

Considering regional developments and in a continued effort to provide our customers with reliable and efficient services, CMA CGM has decided to revise the following Empty Equipment Imbalance charge *:

From March 1st, 2024 (loading date) until further notice:

Scope: IntraMed

- Origin range: From Turkey (excluding Mersin & Iskenderun)

- Destination range: To France (Mediterranean ports), Spain (Mediterranean ports), Italy (West Med ports), Portugal, Algeria, Libya, Tunisia, East Med, Levant, Black Sea & Morocco

- Cargo: Dry (including special equipment), IMO & Reefer

- Amounts:

EUR 150 per unit to Marseille

EUR 250 per 20' | EUR 150 per 40' to Fos

EUR 200 per unit to Spain Med

EUR 50 per unit to Italy West Med

EUR/USD 100 per unit to Portugal, Algeria & Libya

USD 200 per unit to Tunisia, East Med, Levant & Black Sea

USD 300 per 20' | USD 400 per 40' to Morocco


- Scope: IntraMed

- Origin range: From Mersin & Iskenderun

- Destination range: To France (Mediterranean ports), Spain (Mediterranean ports), Portugal, Algeria & Libya, Tunisia, East Med, Levant, Black Sea & Morocco

- Cargo: Dry (including special equipment), IMO & Reefer

USD 200 per unit to Morocco, Tunisia, East Med, Levant & Black Sea
