Cleo, the global leader in supply chain orchestration solutions and provider of the Cleo Integration Cloud (CIC) software platform, today announced the appointment of Haitham Ghadiry as Senior Vice President, Industry & Ecosystem, a new position. In this role, Ghadiry will lead Cleo’s industry verticalization strategy, expand the company’s technology and reseller partner ecosystem, and drive market acceleration across strategic technology alliances. He will report directly to Mahesh Rajasekharan, Cleo President and CEO, and will serve on Cleo’s executive leadership team.
Ghadiry brings more than 25 years of supply chain technology and B2B SaaS leadership experience, with deep expertise in vertical gotomarket, channel development, and revenue scaling. Most notably, Ghadiry spent 12 years at TrueCommerce, where he served as SVP of Sales & Marketing and helped grow the company from $9 million to $184 million in ARR. During his tenure, he led sales and marketing operations, built large-scale partner and channel programs, and played a pivotal role in integrating 12 acquisitions across the U.S and Europe. Prior to TrueCommerce, he held sales leadership roles at Trimble, focused on transportation and logistics solutions.
Most recently, he served as Chief Revenue Officer at Nuqleous, an AI-powered retail analytics and space planning software company, while also contributing as a member of Cleo’s Advisory Board.

In his new role, Ghadiry’s responsibilities will include:
- Development and execution of vertical business strategy
- Expansion of Cleo’s VAR, GSI, ISV, and marketplace ecosystem
- Driving industry-aligned solution packaging and Go-to-Market acceleration
- Partnering cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
- Strengthening Cleo’s position as the preferred partner across ERP, TMS, and technology platforms
