CHAMP Cargosystems saw its leading security filing tool, Traxon Global Security (TGS), hit a record-breaking 1 million declarations per month. This milestone celebrates a new high for the platform and signals an increased demand of security requirements by governments globally.
Traxon Global Security was introduced in 2017 to help carriers and forwarders manage their Pre-Loading Advance Cargo Information (PLACI) filing to comply with the Air Cargo Advance Screening (ACAS) in the United States. CHAMP has continually innovated and adapted its TGS service for subsequent PLACI initiatives such as EU ICS2, the UAE’s National Advance Information Center (NAIC), and Canada’s PACT program.
With the UK expected to introduce their PREDICT compliance requirements in 2024, the demand for tools that simplify regulatory filing is poised to increase. Traxon Global Security is uniquely positioned to address these needs by having the broadest range of country coverage, and proactively adhering to new and upcoming regulatory filing requirements before enforcement for seamless compliance processes. By choosing an ever-evolving platform, this allows customers to future-proof their operations, operate with economies of scale, and simplify onboarding.
Traxon Global Security customers enjoy the simplification of complex messaging exchange with partners, increased operational efficiencies, reduced risk of security holds, and a full audit trail of security reports and responses.
Ed Dorr, VP eCargo Portfolio at CHAMP, said “We are very pleased to see Traxon Global Security hit a record-high of 1 million declarations in March. This speaks to the strength of the platform and the increasing demand for tools that simplify regulatory compliance. We will continue to adhere to and update Traxon Global Security in line with upcoming filing requirements and look forward to meeting the needs of global carriers.”
