These charges do not only apply to dry containers but to all container types as follows:

The THC will apply for all trades, including trades to and from Europe. The Ocean Tariff rates as well as Bunker-related surcharges, Security-related surcharges, Peak Season surcharges (if applicable) and other THCs remain unchanged respectively.
