Cargostore Worldwide expands its operations management team

Andrew Moll - Caergostore Worldwide's new COO and Grace Hope, New Global Operations Manager

Cargostore Worldwide has further reinforced its growth ambitions with the appointment of Andrew Moll as Chief Operations Officer.

Moll steps into the new strategic role having been Cargostore’s Global Operations Manager since 2023 with responsibility for helping expand both its global operations and its international footprint, reflecting growing demand for its range of containerized solutions.

As part of the management team expansion, Grace Hope, an integral part of Cargostore’s European operations team over the past seven years, steps into the role of Global Operations Manager vacated by Moll.

“I’m delighted to be taking up the new challenge of COO at what is a really exciting time at Cargostore Worldwide,” said Moll. “With expanding interest in our products and services across the board globally, the new COO role not only reflects how we have grown as an organization over the last 3 years in particular, but how important ‘strategic growth’ is to us.

“We are seeing huge demand across Europe and Africa for our specialist solutions, where we have been supporting major offshore and onshore projects. So, one of our key goals is to increase our physical footprint by opening new sites, enabling us to be even more agile in meeting the needs of our customers on the ground in these strategic locations,” said Moll.

“We are also experiencing significant growth in the offshore oil and gas and renewables sector, especially in Europe, with Poland, France, Denmark and Belgium in particular investing heavily in large-scale projects and we are positioning ourselves accordingly.

“One of Cargostore Worldwide’s key differentiators is that we have been more flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of the market compared to larger players in recent years. So, as we capitalize on our growth opportunities, we will ensure those differentiators, aligned with our absolute focus on customer service, remain woven into the fabric of the business,” he concluded.

In 2025, Cargostore Worldwide announced the acquisitions of Reftrade UK and Environstore in bringing the arrival of Zone 2 ATEX approved refrigerated containers within the business. This was quickly followed by the launch of LiftaLoo, all of which have helped provide broader foundations for Cargostore’s continued growth.
