C.H. Robinson announces its 2025 Carrier of the Year Award winners

Sep 18, 2025

C.H. Robinson, the global leader in AI-driven supply chain solutions, has announced the recipients of its 2025 Carrier of the Year Awards (COYA), recognizing twenty outstanding carriers across North America for their exceptional service, reliability, and partnership. This year marks a historic first: the awards are presented during National Truck Driver Appreciation Week, underscoring the company’s deep gratitude to the entire carrier and driver community.

The COYA winners range from single-truck owner-operators to fleets with thousands of vehicles. In 2024, this group of honorees collectively hauled nearly two million loads with C.H. Robinson, driving enough miles to make almost 60,000 trips around the Earth or close to 6,000 trips to the moon.

“These carriers exemplify the best in the industry,” said Michael Castagnetto, President of North American Surface Transportation at C.H. Robinson. “But that’s just the tip of the iceberg. I also want to recognize the 360 other COYA nominees and the entirety of our 450,000+ carrier network. They help us and our customers succeed every day. We are proud to honor them for another year of exceptional achievements.”

Throughout the week, delegations from the winning carriers, including ownership, management and drivers, are attending various festivities, including a Minnesota Twins game with special “Carrier of the Year” customized jerseys, and opportunities to get to know each other and C.H. Robinson staff and visit the company’s headquarters in Eden Prairie, Minn.

“We’re not only celebrating the outstanding performance of our top carriers,” said Pat Nolan, vice president of Truck Load. “We’re also committed to making a broader positive impact. In 2024, through the company and the C.H. Robinson Foundation, we proudly gave nearly $1,000,000 to support the carrier community and industry. That’s one way we support the men and women who work so hard to keep our supply chain going, in addition to making sure they have more loads to haul, financial tools get paid faster and personalized support from our experts.”

C.H. Robinson's first ever Carrier Honors celebration week will be capped off with an official award ceremony and banquet tomorrow night in Minneapolis.
