Building the first FSRU vessel in China

Apr 03, 2020

This Logistics Plus China & Belgium Project Cargo teams assisted with building the first ever floating storage and regasification unit (FSRU) vessel in China. The transport involved shipping 3 regasification modules; the largest one measuring 20 x 10.5 x 14.5 meters and weighing 425 metric tons. These modules were transported from the production facility to the shipyard in China where they were being installed. Logistics Plus provided project management services to design the transport plan, provide oversight, and share the necessary information with all parties involved in this operation.
