BM2 Freight selects S2Q Systems as their RFP partner

Nov 18, 2025

S2Q Systems has been selected by BM2 Freight as its quoting partner. BM2 will implement S2Q Systems’ Speed to Quote® platform, utilizing the RFP digitalization module to enhance their management and responses to contracted quote requests and to gain better insight into their customers’ needs for growth opportunities. BM2 selected S2Q following an extensive evaluation of multiple RFP technology providers.

“We’re thrilled to team up with S2Q Systems. Their technology elevates our RFP execution and frees our team to focus on what matters – building more strategic carrier partnerships that deliver greater value to our customers,” says T.D. Studer, Senior Director of Operations for BM2 Freight.

Founded by industry experts dedicated to revolutionizing logistics through technology, S2Q Systems designed the Speed to Quote® platform to equip customers with powerful tools for digitizing, managing, and analyzing large-scale freight quote requests typically received in Excel format. This system ensures that customers like BM2 Freight can respond to complex RFP bids swiftly while maintaining essential human oversight.

“BM2 Freight appreciates the smart automation and data insights that can be gained by utilizing a platform like Speed to Quote®,” says Benjamin Derin, Founder of S2Q Systems. “Our RFP digitalization module within Speed to Quote® enables the BM2 team to see opportunities to grow business by providing views into customers’ lane needs, benchmark pricing rates, and more ways to optimize the quoting process. We look forward to supporting BM2 as they continue to develop ways to better serve their customers.”
