Aviation Subcommittee holds hearing on bottlenecks in aviation workforce pipelines

Aviation Subcommittee Chairman Garret Graves (R-LA) announced that the Subcommittee will receive testimony at a hearing entitled, “Eliminating Bottlenecks: Examining Opportunities to Recruit, Retain, and Engage Aviation Talent.” The hearing will examine key provisions enacted into law by the FAA Reauthorization Act of 2024 that seek to mitigate bottlenecks plaguing the United States civil aviation workforce pipelines to ensure the American aviation industry can recruit, retain, and engage aviation talent to remain the global leader in aviation innovation and safety.

The hearing will be held at 10:00 a.m. ET on Wednesday, July 10, 2024, in 2167 Rayburn House Office Building.
