Asian Mining conveyors for North Sweden by Trilog

Trilog AB, member to the Worldwide Project Consortium (WWPC) for Sweden, recently concluded a transport of three heavy 50 ton pieces and one 30 ton Conveyors for mining from Asia for the mining company LKAB, Malmberget in Gällivare, North Sweden.

After transiting via Terneuzen, Belgium to the North Swedish Port of Piteå through thick ice on the Sea of Bothnia and by assistance of isbrytare “Atle” the heavy pieces of cargo got loaded onto lowbed trailers for the final leg to the consignee jobsite. The weather conditions where snowy and -15 Celsius.
