Arvato expands U.S. data center services with new strategic hub in Dallas–Fort Worth

Apr 01, 2026

Arvato is further expanding its Data Center Services footprint in the United States with a new logistics hub in Denton, Texas. Located in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex, the facility marks the next milestone in building a scalable, high-security infrastructure network to support cloud computing and AI-driven growth.

The United States remain at the forefront of global AI innovation and hyperscale data center development. Large-scale investments in GPU infrastructure and cloud capacity are accelerating deployment cycles and increasing demand for secure, scalable, and highly specialized logistics solutions. With the new Denton site, Arvato significantly increases its operational capacity to support hyperscalers, cloud providers, and AI infrastructure companies across North America.

The facility comprises approximately 270,000 square feet, with an initial 150,000 square feet allocated for operations and substantial room for future expansion. Ideally located with direct access to Interstate 35 and approximately 40 minutes from Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, the site is strategically positioned to serve one of the most dynamic data center markets in the U.S. Arvato can manage inbound and outbound flows of sensitive hardware, coordinate complex white-glove deliveries into active and under-construction data centers, and provide high-security warehousing and specialized handling services. The infrastructure is designed to meet the highest standards for security, scalability, and operational excellence, enabling fast and reliable deployment of critical technology components.

“The U.S. data center market is scaling at unprecedented speed,” says Mitat Aydindag, President Tech at Arvato. “In AI-driven environments, deployment speed and uptime depend directly on logistics performance. With our new hub in Dallas-Fort Worth, we are expanding a fully integrated U.S. Data Center platform that combines secure warehousing, specialized handling and coordinated last-mile execution. We are building the logistics layer behind next-generation AI infrastructure and enable our clients to scale with precision, security and confidence.”

Arvato has already launched operations for its first client at the new site, underlining the strong market demand and validating the strategic importance of the expansion. With its growing U.S. footprint and global network, Arvato continues to scale a resilient, cross-border logistics platform for hyperscale and AI infrastructure providers, supporting rapid growth across regions and industries.
