Arpin International Group is pleased to welcome Christina Urrutia to the team as Regional Director of Sales and Business Development. Urrutia brings more than 18 years of experience in global mobility, employee relocation, and client relationship management. Throughout her career, she has partnered with organizations to support relocating employees and families while helping companies strengthen communication, enhance the employee experience, and build long-term partnerships.

Her background includes strategic relationship management, sales enablement, thought leadership, and community engagement across the global mobility industry. Urrutia is especially passionate about the human side of mobility and believes strong business relationships are built through trust, communication, and genuine connection.

"We are thrilled to welcome Christina Urrutia back to Arpin after several years away. This is a meaningful moment for our organization, as she returns with expanded experience, industry knowledge, and a proven track record in global mobility. Her deep understanding of our business, culture, and client relationships—combined with the expertise she has gained over the past several years—makes her an exceptional addition to our team,” said Vice President Kevin Amatucci.

In addition to her role with Arpin, Urrutia is the Founder and Executive Director of Women of Global Mobility, a nonprofit organization dedicated to connecting and empowering women across the mobility industry through education, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.

At Arpin International Group, Urrutia will focus on supporting global clients while continuing to advocate for people-centered mobility experiences that prioritize service, drawing on her extensive experience across LATAM and nearly a decade living in Mexico.

“My return to Arpin International Group marks a meaningful homecoming for me after spending nine years abroad. I’m excited to bring with me a global perspective, deeper regional insights, a multi-cultural perspective, and partnership successes to my new role,” said Urrutia.

Urrutia holds her GMS-T designation from WERC and a master’s degree in Corporate Communications from Robert Morris University, Moon Twp, PA. She is also a certified TOEFL instructor for English Second Language (ESL) and volunteers with elementary schools in Mexico to bring English to their schools.

A published children’s book author, Urrutia wrote two titles including – A Visit to Nana and The Early Bird Doesn’t Get the Worm, and has contributed to countless industry thought leadership pieces.
