5-Star rating

Dec 22, 2025

The ANA Group has been awarded SKYTRAX1 ’s highest “5-Star” rating for the 13th consecutive year, a distinction consistently earned since 2013. The achievement highlights ANA Group’s sustained commitment to delivering exceptional service quality across all customer touchpoints, from airport facilities to in-flight experiences. ANA Group stands as one of only 11 airlines worldwide, and the sole Japanese carrier, to maintain the benchmark of service excellence for over a decade.

The "World Airline Star Rating" from SKYTRAX, the UK-based airline rating organization, is the result of a stringent audit of quality standards for both in-flight and airport services. It highlights ANA Group’s dedication to consistently delivering world-class service without compromise, even amidst a rapidly evolving business landscape. This achievement affirms ANA Group's commitment to passenger safety and trust.

“Receiving the SKYTRAX 5-Star rating for the 13th consecutive year is an honor and highlights ANA Group’s consistent commitment to service excellence,” said Shinichi Inoue, President and CEO, ANA. “The achievement is a direct result of the diligent work and dedication of every ANA Group employee, whose efforts ensure world-class experiences. We will continue to build upon this recognition, further elevating our service standards and setting benchmarks for the global airline industry.”

"ANA Group has again been awarded the highest 5-Star Airline Rating for 2025, a great recognition of their consistent focus on delivering a high-quality passenger experience. This highest 5-Star Airline Rating confirms that ANA Group continues to excel in key areas such as cabin comfort, onboard catering, and supported by excellent staff service standards across the flight experience and at the airport."
