Alterra IOS acquires 2.8-acre industrial outdoor storage site in Chicago

Alterra IOS, a prominent player in the industrial outdoor storage (IOS) sector that has acquired over 390 sites nationwide, today announced the acquisition of a 2.8-acre IOS site with over 35,000 square feet of accompanying warehouse space in the Chicagoland area.

Located at 216 W Diversey Avenue in Elmhurst, the property includes designated office space and is fully leased to a regional leader in the heavy-duty truck sector. Sitting just 10 miles southwest of Chicago O’Hare International Airport, the location offers easy access to Chicago and the greater Midwest through key highways and airports, with direct connectivity to I-290, I-294, and Route 20.
