WorldACD: Trends for the past 5 weeks (wk 24)

In week 24 (June 13 - 19), worldwide chargeable weight increased by +1% compared with the week before, and the average worldwide rate remained stable.

The last two weeks showed an increase in capacity of +1% compared with the preceding two weeks. For worldwide chargeable weight the 2Wo2W change was -2% and rates decreased with -3%.

In particular, rates from Europe to North America and from North America to Asia Pacific went down in the last two weeks (-5%).

Compared with last year, the last two weeks showed a worldwide weight decline of -10% and a rate increase of +17%.
