WorldACD: Trends for the past 5 weeks (wk 13)

In week 13 (March 28 - April 3), worldwide chargeable weight decreased by -6% compared with the week before, and the average worldwide rate increased to US$ 4.10.

The last two weeks showed no change in capacity compared with the preceding two weeks. For worldwide chargeable weight the 2Wo2W change was -3% and rates increased with +2%.

Especially rates from Europe to Middle East & South Asia and from North America to Asia Pacific have gone up in the last two weeks, both with +6%.

Compared with last year, the last two weeks showed a worldwide weight decline of -7% and a rate increase of +25%.
