Women In Trucking Association announces Gold Partnership with C.H. Robinson

Jan 26, 2026

The Women In Trucking Association (WIT) proudly welcomes C.H. Robinson as its newest Gold Partner, further solidifying its commitment to advancing the employment, development, and celebration of women across the trucking industry. Through this partnership, WIT continues to expand opportunities, foster meaningful connections, and recognize the accomplishments of women shaping the industry’s future.

C.H. Robinson has been a dedicated supporter of WIT since 2012, previously serving as a Silver Partner. The C.H. Robinson Foundation also supports WIT through philanthropic contributions that help remove barriers and create opportunities for women in the trucking industry. In addition to providing financial support, the company actively participates in the association through leadership participation, including representation on its board of directors.

“Through Women in Trucking, we turn ideas into action — building partnerships that open doors for women, strengthen the industry’s talent pipeline, and accelerate innovation to drive business impact,” said Sheena Thieschafer, C.H. Robinson Director Strategic Sales – Healthcare and WIT board member. “Together, we’re shaping a future where women and the transportation industry can thrive.”

“C.H. Robinson’s partnership reflects a shared dedication to cultivating an industry where women can succeed at every level,” said Jennifer Hedrick, CAE, president and CEO of WIT. “By working together, we’re strengthening the network, visibility, and leadership pathways available to women in trucking.”

Founded in 2007, the Women In Trucking Association is a resource for more than 8,000 corporate and individual members located throughout North America. Recent accomplishments include: releasing the 2024-25 WIT Index, the industry barometer to regularly benchmark and measure the percentage of women who make up critical roles in transportation, which had approximately 350 company participants; hosting 6,300 participants in the WITney® Educational Trailer throughout 39 events in 18 states; honoring nearly 200 leaders in transportation through several recognition programs; and more than 1,100 registered attendees at the 2025 Accelerate! Conference and Exhibition.
