Water Resources and Environment Subcommittee to hold hearing on the “Future of the Clean Water Act”

Subcommittee on Water Resources and Environment Chairman David Rouzer (R-NC) announced that the Subcommittee will hold a hearing next week focused on the future of the Clean Water Act and related infrastructure projects. The hearing, entitled “The Next Fifty Years of the Clean Water Act: Examining the Law and Infrastructure Project Completion,” will take place at 10:00 a.m. ET on Tuesday, May 16, 2023, in 2167 Rayburn House Office Building.
