Transfer of part of Bolloré Logistics’ operations in French Overseas Territories to Groupe Balguerie

The CMA CGM Group announces the completion of the transfer of part of Bolloré Logistics’ operations in French Overseas Territories to Groupe Balguerie.

In accordance with CMA CGM’s commitments to the European Commission and the Polynesian Competition Authority related to the acquisition of Bolloré Logistics, the Group has transferred 100 % of Bolloré Logistics’ operations in Guadeloupe, La Martinique, Saint-Martin, French Guiana and French Polynesia to Balguerie.

CMA CGM is delighted to see these operations and their staff members join Groupe Balguerie, a renowned French family company with recognized expertise in transport and logistics.

Bolloré Logistics’ operations in La Réunion and New Caledonia are not affected by this transfer and are now part of CEVA Logistics.
