Trailer Bridge expands logistics leadership team to focus on intermodal freight

Trailer Bridge, Inc., a full-service transportation solutions provider, today announced the expansion of its logistics division with the addition of Director of Intermodal, Brent Neary, who will lead the company’s new Dallas office.

Neary will expand Trailer Bridge’s intermodal offerings building relationships with rail providers and drayage carrier partners as well as oversee the day-to-day operations of the Dallas office. The addition is part of the company’s five-year growth plan to be a full-service logistics provider for brands around the globe.

“Adding Brent’s intermodal expertise and experience is about meeting the needs of our customers today and into the future,” said Trailer Bridge CEO Mitch Luciano. “He understands the complexities of building a supply chain strategy with multiple modes of transport and our customers will benefit from his knowledge.”

Neary holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, Finance and Management, from the University of Kentucky and has more than 10 years of experience in freight brokerage and intermodal roles with industry-leading brands.

The Dallas office is the company’s ninth logistics location and the second in Texas. Trailer Bridge has logistics offices throughout the U.S. in California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Kansas, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Texas, as well as locations in Mexico.

The company was founded in 1991 by industry pioneer Malcom McLean to serve the Caribbean market and has since expanded to offer a full-service logistics solution. Trailer Bridge recently added an International Division solely focused on handling the movement of freight around the world as well as teams focused on less-than-truckload freight and government cargo. The company continues to offer consistent, weekly ocean service to Puerto Rico and the Caribbean for containerized, roll-on, roll-off, and oversized freight.
